It takes a special person to devote time
and resources to a worthy cause. Joe Kruger
was a special person, a beloved volunteer
whose vision and tireless energy helped
accumulate a significant endowment dedicated
to supporting the future of organized camp
and positively impacting the lives of thousands
of children in the process.
The Kruger Endowment honors Joe Kruger
and offers the opportunity for you to continue
the legacy he started. The endowment fund
is similar to a permanent savings account.
The amount you give is not spent, but the
earnings from the principal are available
for American Camp Association projects
or for a special purpose you, as the donor,
specify.
The Kruger Endowment also includes
a number of special funds, scholarship
programs for ACA camps and memorial funds
to honor the lives of those who made significant
contributions to the camp experience. Several
charitable remainder trusts and a pooled
income trust are also available.
